EQ Programme
Most programmes teach children what to do. This one helps them discover who they are. The Ashty EQ Programme is a small-group, values-based experience for primary school students — designed to build character through real relationships, honest reflection, and a safe space to grow.
HOW IT WORKS
We work in small groups — deliberately. Because trust grows in intimate spaces, not in crowds.
Each session is built around a core value. Students don't just learn about it — they experience it. Through activities, guided conversations, and honest reflection alongside peers who are on the same journey, values move from words on a wall to something they genuinely feel and own.
Every child is seen. Every voice matters. Every session is a step toward knowing themselves better.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Weekly Individual Report
Every student receives a short personal report after each session — reflecting that week's value, their own self-assessment, and one thing to practise at home. Written to be warm, honest, and specific to your child.
Weekly Parenting Strategy
Every week, you receive a simple, practical tip aligned to what your child explored in the session. Not a lecture — a conversation starter. So the growth doesn't stop at the school gate.
Small group, maximum 4 students
Because real connection — and real courage — happens in small, safe circles.
WHY IT MATTERS
When a child doesn't know who they are, they don't know how to show up.
The child who keeps losing things. The one who avoids responsibility. The one who struggles to work with others. These aren't discipline problems — they're identity gaps.
The EQ Programme addresses the root, not the symptoms. Because when values are strong, everything else follows.
